Designed with the modern woman in mind, TRENDVancouver offers a unique collaboration between 35 selected boutique vendors from across the west coast paired with community leaders and mentorship services.

On Sunday, October 2 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., women from across the Lower Mainland will gather at the Roundhouse Community Arts and Recreation Centre in Yaletown. Local celebrity and style icon, Fiona Forbes will be co-hosting the event with a number of well-known Vancouverites including, Matthew McCormick, who was recently named 2016 Designer of the Year by Western Living.

“Vancouver has a healthy business community with a thriving culture for the modern woman. We saw an opportunity to bring some of the most well-known west coast brands under one roof and invite woman to participate in a shopping and networking experience like no other,” said Shannon Lorenz, Executive Producer of TRENDVancouver.

Co-founders Lorenz and Petry have established partnerships with vendors including The Juice Truck, BCBGMAXAZRIA, Find Finds Boutique, Urban Barn and Lash Fabulous among others. Event participants will have the opportunity to peruse retail pop-ups, enjoy a beauty treatment and relax at the Sparkling Hill Resort bar.

“In addition to the most sought-after brands, we have aligned ourselves with Vancouver’s most celebrated leaders in business, style, design, health and wellness,” said Christina Petry, Creative Director of TRENDVancouver. “The final piece was to find a local charity with similar interests which is why we partnered with Dress for Success, a non-profit organization that empowers and supports women in both work and in life.”

Admission is $25 with $5 per ticket benefitting Dress for Success.
